Lynette is passionate about helping small arts organizations grow through thoughtful marketing strategies and personalized support. As founder of Confluence Arts Solutions, she brings over 16 years of experience running her own arts organization, working as the Director of Marketing for small to large arts organizations, managing Emmy-winning projects, and helping boost ticket revenue from $700K to $1.4M in just a few years.

She also leads marketing for a WPSL women’s soccer team, where she’s doubled fan engagement year after year. As President of the Columbus Arts Marketing Association, Lynette is committed to strengthening the arts community through collaboration and shared expertise.

Her expertise has led to speaking engagements at several industry conferences, including the Capacity Interactive Digital Marketing for the Arts Bootcamp, Arts Impact Conference, and Ohio Marketing Summit. She enjoys sharing actionable insights and fostering meaningful conversations about arts administration and marketing.

With experience as a dancer, backstage crew member, artistic director, and arts administrator, Lynette understands the arts from every angle.
